Meet the wine

The five different grapes in this sparkling white wine are hand-picked and fermented separately, then pressed whole cluster into stainless steel tanks. To develop body and texture, the fruit remains on the lees for several months before being blended together. Finally, the different varieties are blended with an intention of balancing fruit, acidity, and savoriness. Everyone's favorite sparkler took home the silver medal at the prestigious SF Chronicle Int'l Wine Competition in 2025!

2024 Vintage, <1 gram sugar, 117 calories, 2.5 carbs per 5 oz. serving

Meet the maker

Nicole is a Santa Cruz surfer making big waves in cool-climate wine, growing super rare grapes in rugged coastal terrain. After working in wine around the world—from Michigan to New Zealand to Santa Cruz—she started her label, Ser, which means “to express origin” in Spanish. Ser specializes in unique single-vineyard, single-varietal wines like this dry Rosé wine of Grenache that are a pure reflection of where they came from.
