This Cabernet Sauvignon from the coveted Horse Heaven Hills AVA has the richness and warmth of the perfect dinner party and brings the goods for both wine snobs and novice sippers alike. Aged 18 months – 30% new French oak, 70% neutral French oak – this wine is silky smooth and finishes clean with a youthful acidity. Pair it with grilled steaks, pasta bolognese, lamb burgers, or anything rich and saucy!
