Meet the wine

Brut Bubbles is a crisp, méthode sans méthode sparkler crafted from four white varieties—Chenin Blanc, Picpoul, Grenache Blanc, and Grüner Veltliner—each fermented separately and whole-cluster pressed into stainless steel. The grapes come from two standout, certified sustainable vineyards: Merrill Johnson in Clarksburg, known for its cool maritime influence, and River Ranch in Lodi, near the Mokelumne River, which helps preserve freshness in the fruit. The 2024 growing season kicked off early, allowing for an earlier harvest that kept acidity bright and alcohol refreshingly low. Aged on the lees for a few months, the final blend is dry, vibrant, and savory, with notes of ripe yellow apple, grapefruit, and just a hint of pineapple.

2024 Vintage, <1 gram sugar, 117 calories, 2.5 carbs per 5 oz. serving

Meet the maker

Nicole is a Santa Cruz surfer making big waves in cool-climate wine, growing super rare grapes in rugged coastal terrain. After working in wine around the world—from Michigan to New Zealand to Santa Cruz—she started her label, Ser, which means “to express origin” in Spanish. Ser specializes in unique single-vineyard, single-varietal wines like this dry Rosé wine of Grenache that are a pure reflection of where they came from.
