V-Day Cheeseboard Making + Wine Tasting Event

Will you brie our Valentine? Join us for a virtual wine tasting and cheeseboard making class. Kaiy of Stems will teach you the tricks to make a charcuterie masterpiece that's almost too pretty to eat. Plus, we'll be tasting through our Pinot and just-released Verdelho, made by female-winemakers. Each kit contains a six-pack of wine and a shopping list of everything you'll need to create your board.
This event is date-night and single-friendly, so gather your crew or your boo and join us for the ultimate wine and cheese party!

Composition: 100% Verdelho from Vierra Familia Estate Vineyards in Lodi, CA.
Notes: Bright lemon, juicy pear, and aromatic florals.
About: An almost-archeologist turned winemaker, Gianna discovered her passion for experimental wines that connect people with the world - and never looked back. This Verdelho is a beautiful and aromatic expression of fruit, with notes of bright lemon, juicy pear, and blossoming flowers. Only 300 acres of this Portuguese grape are planted in all of California, and thrive in Lodi’s mediterranean climate.

Composition: 100% Pinot Noir from Handley Estate vineyards in Anderson Valley.
Notes: Juicy red cherries, cranberries, plum, and subtle spice – a versatile, fruit-forward wine you can drink anytime.
About: This playful yet premium pinot is grown steps from the Handley Cellars tasting room in Anderson Valley, a beautiful 15-mile stretch of land in Mendocino County tempered by marine air with picture-perfect pinot conditions. Organically farmed, carefully crafted - it's equal parts elegant, complex, and absolutely mouth watering.
Cheeseboard Shopping List
Everything you need to create an epic board
Cheese: 3-5 cheeses 1 soft cheese (such as brie, camembert or goat) 1 semi-firm cheese (such as white cheddar or manchego) 1 aged cheese (such as gouda, parmesan) 1 funky cheese (such as bleu, gorgonzola or feta) 1 specialty (does it look good, sound interesting? Add it to your board!)
Meat: 2 types of charcuterie, such as salami and prosciutto.
Fruit and Veggies:
3-4 Fresh fruits or veggies (i.e. oranges, grapes, berries, cherries, cucumbers, carrots, or figs)
1 Dried fruit (apricots or dates)
Nuts: 1 type of nut (almonds, pistachios, or walnuts)
Spreads: 1 Jam or honey in a small ramekin *I love honeycomb which you can purchase at any specialty grocery store or farmers market!
Other: Olives, cornichons, chocolate, or anything that looks fun to add
Garnish: Anything like rosemary, mint, thyme, microgreens, or edible flowers.
Vessels: Crackers or bread
Serving ware: 12” Board/Platter, cutting board, chef knife, pairing knife
